Allsorts is Wollongong University’s Queer Collective. We encourage all queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, asexual, genderqueer, intersex, sex and/or gender diverse and queer-friendly people to meet, socialise, and generally have fun.

Week 6 of Spring Session (30th August – 3rd September) is SEXUALITY AND GENDER WEEK! EXCITEMENT!!

This is an event put on by Allsorts Queer Collective and the Wom*n’s Collective, as an opportunity to celebrate diverse sexualities and gender identities. This is also a really great opportunity for peeps not involved with either collective to engage with new, cool ideas. Have a look through the timetable of workshops, discussions, and social events of Sexuality and Gender Week. There really is something for everyone.

Friday, the 3rd of September, is HOMO de NILE, a mega-cool party starting 9:00 p.m. at Castros Nightclub (5 Victoria St. Wollongong). There will be free entry until 11:00, but the club will charge you $10 after that. The theme is GYPSIES, TRAMPS, and THIEVES, however you choose to interpret that. There will be fabulous drag shows and music by local DJs.
